South Korea to Take on Costa Rica, Mexico
February 10th, 2006 | By: WC Bob | No Comments »
It is a busy week for South Korea with a pair of friendlies against teams that qualified for the World Cup. South Korea will square off with Costa Rica on Saturday in a game played in Oakland, California. Coach Dick Advocaat: “I want to see us dominate the game with our improved passing skills.”
The team will then return to its training camp in Los Angeles to prepare for a friendly against Mexico on Thursday. Both games should present a challenge the young team. My prediction is South Korea will beat Costa Rica 2-1 and tie Mexico 1-1.
