South Korea to Play Ghana in Scotland
February 20th, 2006 | By: WC Bob | No Comments »
As World Cup Blog’s Ghana reporter reports, South Korea is likely to face Ghana in a friendly in late May in Scotland. This has left the Ghanian officials a bit unhappy since they wanted the game in London. Seems a bit silly to me since either way the teams will be playing in the United Kingdom and will have to travel about the same distance. A friendly against Ghana is a welcome development as South Korea will get to face a team that offers a similiar style of play as World Cup opponent Togo. As we like to say around here: Bring it on!
