South Korea Faces Mexico Tonight, Angola Next Month
South Korea will square off tonight against Mexico tonight in a friendly that is being played in California. The game will be shown live on the Mexican station Telemundo for those in North America, as well as on television in South Korea at 12:30pm Thursday afternoon. The game marks the end of a 41-game overseas training camp that took South Korea from the Middle East to Hong Kong to the United States. After returning home to South Korea, the team will have a couple of weeks to prepare for a March 1 friendly in Seoul against World Cup qualifier Angola. South Korea is playing a very ambitious schedule leading up to the World Cup and I think this experience will really help the young team.
