In my opinion, Korea outperformed Japan in the previous World Cup and hence were more deserving of the title 'Samurai'. Many Christians were up in arms about the nickname 'Red Devils'. Nothing is going to please everybody, and I certainly didn't intend to start a cultural debate. It's just a word, and it's easily erased. If I had my druthers, I'd call them the '23 pink-slips', but then I might be offending the unemployed. That's the last word from me; enjoy the tournament and hold your banners high.
