Koreans are very fickle; regardless of the fact that this is a player who scored the golden goal against Italy in the last world cup, not to mention a sacred point-retrieving goal against the USA, regardless of the fact that one in ten people walking around wore his face on their t-shirts at one point, they’d be happy to drop him in a NY second if he jeopardized the effectiveness of their starting eleven.
